As a user or potential user of the My Garden Pal service, My Garden Pal may seek and collect information from you for marketing and internal reporting purposes.   1. Balancing the Privacy Needs and Rights of Two or More Users

Please note that as a general policy, My Garden Pal does not review the content of private e-mail messages or screen the profiles posted by My Garden Pal users (although it may periodically review the information posted in the public areas of the service) and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between users.

    1. My Garden Pal receives communications from users concerning other users. These may be testimonials, complaints or general information. My Garden Pal aims to be as open as possible with all its users, without compromising the privacy of any individuals.

    1. If you complain about another user, My Garden Pal may advise that user that a complaint about him / her has been received. However, My Garden Pal will not tell the user who made the complaint without your express permission. Further, if My Garden Pal suspects that the user would be able to identify who made the complaint, it will not advise that a complaint has been made unless it has your express permission.

    1. When a complaint about a user is received, no action will be taken unless the complaint is substantiated by evidence. However, a record of the complaint may be made and included in the data held about that user.

    1. My Garden Pal employees and contractors may also be users of the Website, and their employment may give them access to information not generally available to other users.
