If you know the fruit and flower details of the plant you need to:
Click Add a new plant button under my plant library heading if the plant does not already exist else browse the plant.
Click Fruit/Flower tab on the Manage add new page.
The page displays two sections Fruit and Flower. Provide the details of either the fruit or the flower of the plant or both the fruit and flower of the plant as the case may be. For example the rose plant bears both fruits (rose hip) and flowers on it, so you can provide the details of both the fruits and the flowers for the plant.
Provide the size of the fruit in the Size field, as shown in Figure 1-11.
Select Edible checkbox if the fruit of the plant is edible.
Select the colour of the fruit from the Colour grid. You can select more than one colour in the grid by just expanding the dropdown for each row, if required.
To know more about using a grid, click How to use grid.
Select the months in which the plant bears fruits from the Fruit season list of months.
