A current My Garden Pal Club account
A valid desktop software key
An active internet connection

You can connect to My Garden Pal Web Community through your My Garden Pal desktop software. However, your My Garden Pal desktop software must be activated to connect to web community.
2. The My Garden Pal desktop software can be activated by providing the software key that you have received at the time of purchasing the My Garden Pal desktop software, in the Owner's description page. Click Owners description page, to know more about it.
In case, you are not able to connect to your web community account through your desktop software even after having activated My Garden Pal desktop software then you need to perform the following steps:
Go to www.mygardenpal.com.au
Click Log on
Enter your username and password
(When you receive your software key for the My Garden Pal desktop software, you also receive your username and password that you have created at the time of registering on My Garden Pal website.)
If you are able to log on successfully, access the online help to solve your issues related to the desktop software else if you are not able to log on then it suggests that your account has expired. In such a scenario, you will be presented with a Renew your membership page, where you can securely pay to extend your membership time.
3. An active internet connection means that you can at the moment of using My Garden Pal access internet functions such as email and Browsing web pages.
