My Garden Pal June 2008 newsletter
Hello to all My Garden Pal members!
In the north it is a great time for you to benefit from the beautiful aroma and foliage of Lavender.  We are starting to get a collection of information on Lavender in our database if you are interested in growing it this season. There is one right for you!  Don’t forget to login and then do your search so My Garden Pal can display the plant information for where you live.

My Garden Pal In the Southern hemisphere we are getting very cool indeed.  But don’t forget the best way to get warm is to do those all important garden tasks.  If you are missing your flowers try Cyclamens for indoors and now there are many varieties for your garden too.
This is my Cyclamen that has been affected by a little too much heat.  I would love to know anyone that has success in growing them in a Zone 10 that does have a mostly mild winter.

A special thanks to all of the members that have shared their plant information this month.  The latest plant uploaded was by Tanvir from Pakistan which you can view here , with a lovely photo also.  It’s great to see plants from around the world and expand on your knowledge and I predict that in a couple of years we will have such an extensive database that My Garden Pal will be a must for all gardeners as a resource.  Keep them coming!!
